You see advertisements everywhere for 6-week fitness programs that aim to get you in shape and fit in a short 6-week period. Just how effective are these programs and how much do they cost?
6 Week Diet and Fitness Regimes
Does 6 weeks sound like too little time to get in shape? Not according to many fitness and diet experts offering revolutionary programs to shape us up.
Some of these programs can be quite costly, ranging from $500 to over $3000. Most of these programs involve intense cardio workouts, meetings with a nutritionist and serious diet evaluation.
Many women have been quite successful with these programs, even keeping off the weight and maintaining their newly gained physically fit bodies.
So, as an experiment, I have decided to start my own 6-week fitness and diet regime, while following the tips and advice offered at Allure.com I will start today, July 3 and follow their plan for 6 weeks to see if I get results.
The cost to follow their program is 0$–my kind of plan.
My short term goals are:
1. increase my energy
2. lose some extra weight around my stomach
3. achieve more muscle tone
4. eat more nutritionally
