Earlier humans used to hunt for a living. That is a lot of exercise. Even kings and queens did a lot of activity during their period like horse riding, running, martial arts, etc. They were fit. They were healthy because they gave a lot of exercise to their bodies. They lived longer and lived healthy.
What are we doing today? We have everything at our fingertips. Dial a Pizza, Processed food, Instant mix, bikes, cars, flights and computers to do most of our work. Whats going wrong then?
We have cut down on our exercise but not on the food. What we eat has to help us be fit, which means, we should know what we are eating and we should know how this is going to help us and we should know how much to eat.
Exercise is a must in todays world. Every muscle and bone in your body needs exercise to keep the entire body fit and healthy. Reduce junk food and slowly avoid them. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis and ensure that you consume all the varieties atleast once month. Every fruit or vegetable has something unique that helps the body.
