The 10 Palace Resorts properties, including Adventura Spa Palace, offer some of the most exquisite 4 and 5 star facilities in all of Mexico. You will be purchasing a VIP Founding Membership with your home base being Adventura Spa Palace Resort, which means that you will be entitled to visit any one of the all inclusive Palace resorts throughout Mexico as many times as you like per year until your 280 week membership is used up. If you are unable to use the entire 280 weeks this timeshare offers, you will be able to transfer ownership to your family members upon notification to Palace Resorts. Upon purchase, if you cannot use all of your weeks, you can also rent timeshare weeks or resell your timeshare at any time.

You can view all of the properties belonging to Palace Resorts at http://www.palaceresorts.com You can take a virtual tour of most of the properties on the site. Any of the properties that were damaged by Hurricane Wilma are either being fully renovated or rebuilt from the ground up. I have seen the plans personally and the properties are going to continue to be first class. The completed projection date for those properties is December 2006.
