Back to School

Does it seem to early to think about back to school things already? It does to me but I’m seeing back to school sales and supplies everywhere. Didn’t we just celebrate 4th of July.

What are your favorite back to school rituals? Is it school clothes shopping, looking for all the right supplies, or sharing the afternoon after that first day hearing all about your child’s new class?

This is a good practice to get in to. After staying up later all summer and being off schedule kids have a tough time adjusting. The last week or two weeks before school start getting the kids up earleir and then to bed at (or near) the school bedtime. It seems to help andmake those first few days easier.
