Belize City is modestly populated coastal city located about 5 hours south of Cancun, Mexico. It is the nations largest city but you would never know it because the pace is slow, the people are friendly and the crime is fairly well controlled.

Belize City is located on the eastern coastal gulf region and has the countries largest airport making it a central location for incoming and outgoing visitors.
