At the moment, the stove is running ok but I am looking for a place where I can get spare parts and technical advice if I have to repair it! Even the local dealer doesnt want to take my money for a service call as they cant fix the ones in their own showroom. The company (Mike) gave me a nice phone call that basically told me to sit and spin. I would never do business with this company. I even offerred to buy a warranty. Bixby refused. Guess they dont want to service what they sell. I would pay 1k for a guy to come out and fix this darn thing or I may send it to the owner of bixby free of charge.
