I want to pass on an excellent recipe of a dish my wife and our kids simply love. It’s top notch, easy to cook, and very tasty.
Bon apptit.
About 5-600g chicken or turkey filets, which you cut into small/medium slices.
2 onions
soup vegetables
a couple of bouillon noodle soup
various herbs (see description)
You heat your chicken/turkey slices in only a small amount of butter or oil, and add the onions when you meat begins to take on a bit of colour. You add some pepper (and salt if you wish), and continue turning it all around.
You then add some curry, and a small amount of garlick (either fresh-pressed, or dried) and you pour on about 3/4 litre of water and your 2 noodle soup squares (preferably, of course, chicken/hen-taste). You add a bit of oregano – and I usually also put in a couple of drops of chinese soy sauce.
You let it simmer, and after about 10-12 minutes, you can take a tea spoon to taste and consider final herbs and adjustments.
Generally we serve this with rice. The kids love it.
Bon apptit.
