Career Or Family?

One of the most daunting responsibilities ever to be faced by mothers at home was to have a successful motherhood life and at the same time to have a fulfilling career life. To choose between career or family is not really difficult to choose for those families with stable livelihood or where one partner can well provide for the needs of the whole family.

For those families who are less fortunate, a family woman still choose family but actually enslave herself in work in her struggle to make both ends meet or to help her husband make a living. In their hearts of heart, these women believed that family should come first before career. They believed that their performance as a wife and mother comes first before professional advancement or job promotions.

How can a mother juggle and relate to this ideal when all she can see is the urgency to feed the persons who matter most in her life?
