No one needs to spend more time completing a program than is needed, therefore getting them back in position to work full time as quickly as possible. The most important resource for the student is going to be his or her time. If it is balanced well, the outcome is success, if not the chance of failure or quitting increases.

There are many resources that deal with time management, but they all have the same overwhelming theme. They all embrace the concept of prioritization when returning to school for whatever reason. Perhaps our current programs and activities are same an old pair of shoes. Although they are out of style and fashion, we feel quite comfortable with them. Even if the shoes you wear were designed 25 years ago, you are very comfortable with the idea that the designers of these shoes knew about the lifestyle and walking style of today for better then today’s designers could hope to know about.

If someone takes the initiative to design new shoes, you will starting opposing the idea very soon as the designer has not asked about your opinion on the design so how could he make something with which you are comfortable without consulting with you before making the design.

The upside of this situation is that we are all in this together. We were all wearing the same 25 years old shoes. Let us work together. If we get lucky, we may receive many years of pleasure from the new shoes just like we received it from our old shoes.
