There are good cell phone radiation blockers which help the situation but we can't remove our entire existence out of the electronic age. Even the manufacturers recommend keeping the phone about an inch away from your body when on. There is a way to prevent the radiation from going directly into your inner ear, which is the highest absorption rate in the body, it is with a device I've started to use and I did my research and this is the only one on the market that has been tested in Russia, Germany & USA labs and has FTC approval as well.
