Cosmetic Make Up Tips That May Surprise You

Sometimes we see ads for strange cosmetic make up and/or techniques that seem really odd. Surprisingly weird cosmetic make up like white eyeliner and red eye shadow can really enhance your beauty when properly applied.

Some of my most favourite cosmetic make up is offbeat. For instance, I love white eyeliner. When applied correctly it can really open up your eyes. Cover Girl Perfect Blend Eye Pencil in the Winter White shade makes my eyes not only bigger but brighter too.

The best make up technique is to glide the pencil under your lower lids. Sometimes I also apply it close to my upper lashes and then retrace the white line with a black eyeliner pencil for a very smoky and sexy kind of look.

Another cosmetic favourite is my red eye shadow compact. I know this sounds even stranger than using white eyeliner but the truth is it really looks awesome with my dark brown eyes. The key I find is to select a nice and rich brownish red.

I blend the eye shadow on my lids then use a little brown eyeliner along my upper and lower lashes. It also helps to keep the whites of my eyes from looking somewhat red.
