My neighbor gave us a ballerina video her daughter has outgrown. It is so cute!
We’ve been debating if she was really old enough to take lessons and I think this answers that question. She’ll watch the video once and then watch it again and dance along. I wish as adults we could be that free to dance around the living room and not feel silly.
We do everything we can to encourage her freedom to not feel silly and encourage her to keep dancing. So many times as parents we use videos to help baby-sit or entertain our kids. At least with this video she is learning things and moving around dancing.
Now, I’m off to find a good ballet class!
