So what is the best diet advice? My solution is as old as dirt and pretty simple.
1) Watching what you eat is very important, but I believe that variety is important. Try foods that you wouldn’t normally eat. They may have nutrients your body is lacking. Also, eat things in moderation.
2) Move around as much as possible.
3) Stick with it. People I run across are always starting new diets. If they had just stuck with it they would notice greater results and not have to keep starting every New Year or in the Spring.
Pretty simple, huh. Usually the simple solutions are the best ones.
