Different way to look at exercise

Built by Perriann Rodriguez on Monday, July 28th, 2008

Every magazine cover shouts ‘quick way to get flat abs’ or ’6 weeks exercise program to get in shape’ or many other eye-catching headlines. The big news today (not really news) is that everyone should be exercising on a regular basis. Exercise can help with everything in your life–fatigue, weight problems, mental problems, many known health issues and even financial problems.

So, with all those benefits layed out there, why aren’t you exercising on a regular basis?

One way to approach exercise is to look at it as a bank deposit into an account that gives you compound interest on your money.

Every time you exercise you are making a deposit. That deposit will grow as you make more deposits. When you first start exercising, you may not see many results or changes. But over time, the results will start creeping up. Some of those extra pounds will start melting away, maybe you will have more energy.

It is hard to get started, for sure. But if you force yourself to go out and maybe just walk around the block most days, you can develop a habit that will grow and pay you dividends in the long run.

There are many different activities that you can do to exercise, and you don’t need to spend any money. Check out Weight Loss Advisory for the latest tips.
