How long have you been living and working in Spain? It seems that you have immersed yourself with the spanish local life. Do you think that the prices on houses nowadays (2007) are bloated?What advise can you give to flat owners like myself who is working outside of Spain and renting the flat? Is it a good time to sell now and move th investment somewhere? I agree with you, he spanish market seems to be living in a false idea on their overvalued properties due to the spike in the prices.
