We plan what we will eat tomorrow, where we will go on vacation this year, where we will send our kids to college. But, do we plan to stay healthy?

What are you plans to stay healthy?



With crazy schedules and jam-packed lives, we sometimes don’t take time to plan for our health. I know I always put exercise on the back burner when other activities and events are scheduled. When you really think about it, exercise is vital to our overall health and well-being.

When is the last time you had a check-up at your doctor? Many health issues can be determined and prevented with just regular checkups and tests.

Are you eating healthy? If you keep putting junk in your body, you won’t have the essential vitamins and nutrients to stay healthy.

If you plan to stay healthy, you must have defined goals and stick with them. Eat healthy, exercise every day or almost every day, get plenty of sleep, eat a balanced diet, take supplements when needed—all of these are an important part of staying healthy.
