Do you want to stay young?
Of course everyone wants to stay and look young. And there are some activities that not only make us look younger but also make us healthier. (Exercise is one of these activities in case you were wondering)
But to what extent are you willing to go to stay looking young? Do you buy all those expensive face and body creams at the department stores? Have you had cosmetic surgery or plan to have it?
Today I was overwhelmed as I was reading several women’s magazines. All of the ads in the magazines focused on staying young. There are ads for reducing and eliminating wrinkles from your face, your eyes. Special face and body creams that renew your skin and make you look younger—and the list goes on.
The truth of the matter is that probably none of these products really work? I mean do you see any 80-year olds that look like they are 20? There is something to be said for slowing down aging and taking good care of your skin and body.
Forget buying all those age related creams, lotions and promises. There are 4 things that you can do every day that will keep you looking young- and you don’t have to go to a department store to buy them:
1. Eat a balanced diet. Don’t skip your vegetables and eat lots of fruit.
2. Drink plenty of water every day.
3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
4. Exercise for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week.
