In other to apply, photographers must read through their online training manual and upload a piece of government issued identification to confirm your legal age. Photographers can then submit 3 sample images for review. Minimum payout is $100.

Fotolia.com pays up to 85% commission on sales. Photographers may sell photos as royalty-free or with an exclusive buyout license. They can set their own price web, print and exclusive buyout licenses, which can be between $100 and $1000 based on the photographer’s ranking. Ranking depends on sales volume. Contributors in countries that use Paypal may request pay out once $2 has been earned; other countries have a minimum payout of $100.

Bigstockphoto.com accepts photos and artwork. They pay 50 cents or $1 for normal image downloads or more on Special License downloads. Minimum payout is $30 by Paypal and Moneybookers or $50 by check. Photographers can earn from $2.50 to $60 per download with Special Licensing sales. Images must be online for a minimum of 90 days.

MicroStockPhoto.com pays 35% commission on sales and 25 cents per each image downloaded under the subscription package. Minimum payout is $50 via Paypal.
