You may wish to include flaxseeds in your diet or as a supplement as an eczema natural remedy. Flaxseeds can help add and retain skin moisture and suppleness to your skin. You can buy various forms of flaxseeds. They come as flax seeds or flaxseed oil. If you opt to consume flax seeds, grind them before eating or adding them to your food; otherwise, your body will not be able to absorb them. You can also consume flaxseed oil as it is or add it your drink. If you prefer convenience, you can buy flaxseed oil supplements and take two capsules a day.
