Does faith heal? Over the centuries, faith and prayer have healed many people. The ancients believed in their priest and herbs. Some ascribe healing to the power of God, other explain it by the power of belief in producing a placebo effect. Still others give credit to their healing in the knowledge of their physician and the drugs they prescribe. The healing of any patient’s condition is a combination of faith in the Healer God, faith in the efficacy of the treatment and faith of their physicians.
In the Bible, Jesus after repeats that faith heals. Faith is the capacity to accept God’s prescence near us. Here’s some books in the Bible that says about ways you can receive healing:
* “Anoint with oil” (James 5:14-16)
* “If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything” (Matthew 18:19-20)
* Laying on of hands (Mark 16:17-18)
* Gift of Healings (1 Corinthians 12:8-11)
* Special Anointings (Acts 19:11-12; Acts 10:35)
* Just Saying it (Mark 11:23)
* When you pray believe that you receive it (Mark 11:24)
