Flat Belly Diet Days 5-8
I started the flat belly last week and so far it is going well.
The flat belly diet focuses on eating foods that target fat loss in the stomach area.
Some of these foods I am not really crazy about, but I try to eat them.
The biggest problem I have with staying on the flat belly diet is..
the fact that my family is not on the flat belly diet.
When you still have to prepare regular meals for everyone else, it can be very tiresome to then prepare yet another meal.
When I’m in a crunch I try to stick to the 400 calories per meal rule and focus on trying to eat every 4 hours. The time can also be an issue when you are running all over the place.
In the end you need to prepare yourself each day for what you plan to eat and when you will eat it. If you keep your body nourshed with frequent small meals, you will be less likely to indulge in high calorie foods and snacks.
