Garlic Can Help You Lose Weight

Garlic is an ancient herb that has been in the menu of humanity for more than 4,000 years. Nutritionist Walter Blung of Cologne, West Germany, experimented on the efficacy of garlic against obesity by giving 20 to 40 overweight people strick diets with a lot of garlic included.

The other patients were also put on weight loss program minus the garlic herb. Walter found that those who were given large amounts of garlic with their food were able to lose weight like magic. Some of the other patients lose weight, but it was more of a battle for them.



“Garlic helps to give people that full feeling. It dampens their appetite so that it is easier for them to shed unwanted pounds. Garlic gives food that extra added flavor, leaves-an aftertaste in your mouth, keeping you aware of your last meal. The rule of thumb I used was that you don’t eat your next meal until garlic flavor of the meal you just eat fades away,” Walter says with authority.

    I use garlic every day and get great results. It you use the pills you don't have the bad breath. You should try this for sure
