Girls Birthday Party Activity

The ad said,

“Make your child’s next birthday a fun, exciting, entertaining and uniquely unforgettable event. Use “Real Dinosaurs” as the featured attraction! Have a true Jurassic experience at your home by contacting DinosaursRock for details. Kids Love it!”

But now they have added a special activity just for girls!

In a prior article entitled What’s more important in a family? Kid’s or Finances? there was a reference to girls saying, (Sorry girls, it’s not that Opa Bert isn’t thinking about you, it’s just the way things come up. I promise I’ll have something exciting for you very soon. My 13 and 3-year-old grand daughters would never forgive me otherwise.).

Well now it’s time for me to keep my promise. I did Sticks and Stones to earn Awards for the boys in Cub Scouts so here’s the activity for little girls to rival the fun the boys are having.

How about a Girls Jewelry Party? .. Yawn wait Wait!

This isn’t what you think. It’s not the standard discount store costume jewelry. Neither is it the high end specialty items that cost your life savings. (How much life savings does a 5 to 11 year old have anyway?)

You can’t buy this jewelry anywhere. Each piece is personalized and unique. Each Jewelry Party item is hand made and is a reflection of its owner because unlike jewelry designed by others, this jewelry is designed and crafted at the All Girls Jewelry Party by the girls at the party.

Now that I have your full attention again, let me explain how this girl’s jewelry party came about.

The concept for an All Girls Jewelry Party began when the folks at DinosaurBirthdayParty.com and DinosaurParty.net noticed that most girls participating in a dinosaur theme event were more interested in the rocks, minerals and gemstones being presented than the dinosaur fossils. Even though girls enjoy becoming junior paleontologist during a party fossil dig, finding a sparkling mineral or bright gemstone had more appeal than a piece of fossilized dinosaur bone or petrified wood.

(I wonder why the girls don’t seem to want to wear the hard hats?)

This lead to the creation of the DinosaursRock Gems and Minerals Mining Company events that actually include a dual waterfall rushing water sluice complete with water wheel where kids can discover an unbelievable array of Genuine Gemstones and Beautiful Minerals.

Needless to say Panning for Gems and Minerals as a birthday party event turned out to be a big hit with both children and parents alike.
