Fat-Free Bangs– bangs that help to make you look less fat

New Bangs — choppy, layered and just out there

Emo Bangs — swooping bangs of all sorts

Bangs that make you go ‘oomph’

Just kidding, but really–there are so many different ways that you can wear bangs today. See details……

In Your Face Hair Styles

The fastest and less painful way to update your hair style this fall is to add some sort of bangs. You can go with the low-committment bang–the one that you can hide or grow out quickly if you don’t like, and there is the extreme choppy, layered punk or Emo look.

A full bang will require a little bit of commitment on your part since they will take months to grow out if you don’t like them. A great way to try out bangs is with hair style imaging software. Some programs allow you to upload a photo of yourself and actually try on the styles–before you even come close to a pair of scissors.

Anyways, here is a synopsis of all the different types of bangs this fall:

1. Normal bangs. These bangs are eyebrow-skimming and cut straight across or at a graduated angle with the sides being slightly longer than the hair in the forehead area.

2. Choppy bangs. These bangs are chopped up, sometimes in a certain pattern, sometimes not. Dare you wear these?

3. Layered bangs. Bangs that have shorter layers mixed throughout are called layered bangs. They provide movement and veratility.

4. Side Swept Bangs: The most popular bang. Part your hair deep on one side and swoop the bangs across your face.

5. Long Bangs: These bangs are in your face. They look very sexy, but can you stand them?

6. Short Bangs: Bangs that are above your eyebrow. Very modern looking.

7. Not Really Bangs: This is the Emo hair style look. You don’t really cut bangs. Simply part your hair very deep on one side and style your hair to swoop across your forehead for the looks like bangs look.

8. Fringe Bangs: Just a hint of bangs. Several wispy strands cut to hang in your face or softly brush to the side.

Which bang will you go with this fall?
