The feet undergoes more pressure and more injury than any other part of the human body. Special care has to be taken feet, which can relax the entire body. Regulare pedicure and foot massages are important to feel fresh and energetic.
Take time atleast once in ten days for a pedicure. You need this. Remove existing nail polish. Massage your nails with some cuticle cream and soak them in a basin of soapy water. Push back cuticles with orange stick and remove dead cuticle with cuticle remover. Buff nails. Apply fresh nail polish.
Important: One last tip – Always remember to dry your feet after bathing, particularly between the toes. Damp feet can provide the perfect environment for foot infection.
