It is very common to have a candida yeast infection. You would be surprised to know that you and everyone else have some candida in our systems, and a small amount is a beneficial part of the balance of our bodies. As the candida yeast infection feeds off of your food, it also produces waste that is toxic to your body; thereby causing several problems.

After cleaning your system, you may take steps to avoid further problems and to keep your system healthy. You should refrain from drinking chlorinated water, avoid antibiotics as much as you can, and avoid refined sugars and flour for a period of time and allowing your body an opportunity to heal from your infection.
