Hello, Moms! Welcome to this month’s Blog Topic: Electrofrazzled? This month I want to introduce you to the huge stressor we all face every day – Electro smog. What is it? How does it affect us? What can we do about it? Be sure to stop by each day for great tips and ideas and good information that will help you to vastly reduce your stress due to electro smog! You don’t want to miss it!
Please note, I am neither doctor nor scientist. You need to evaluate this info for yourself and make your own decisions regarding it. I can’t be responsible for your health.
Welcome back!
I hope you’ve been finding this series somewhat challenging. It’s not my purpose to be a fear monger, but I want to make sure we are aware – clearly aware – of the fact that all of this electrical stuff – especially wireless stuff – has not yet been completely cleared of all health risks. It’s pretty tough to get away from it, short of becoming a hermit, but in the last week we’ll be talking about some things I’ve found that will help you deal with it more “healthfully” as it were.
For now, let’s keep going so we have all the facts ready in order to make the best choices for ourselves and our families.
So, as I stated in the title, let’s talk about cell phones and the effects of emf/electro smog on the user.
Let me just show you some pictures today:

The first picture is the amount of radiation an adult receives from talking on their cell-phone. The second is a 10 year old child, and the third is a 5 year old.
Dr. Om Gandhi, a highly respected scientist, found shocking penetration rates of radiation in children as compared to adults. These differences in exposure signify potentially serious health risks for children in the area of cancer, genetic damage, disruptions of cellular, immune and nervous system functions. Scientists say that the thickness of the skull in children makes a difference, it is quite thin compared with adults and there is more brain fluid – which means that the radio-frequencies can travel through the brain more easily.
So, how long do your kids spend on a cell phone?
Extended use of cell phones means an increase in the breakdown of the blood/brain barrier, and an increase in eye, ear, and brain cancers.
For some amazing information on this, check out this book – it’s very readable in spite of it being sort of a “documentary of a program of research”. It’s very interesting:
That’s it for today! I’ll be back tomorrow with more interesting stuff about cell phones. See you then!
