- Acupuncture. Acupuncture has been found to help your entire body to work better. The benefits for asthma sufferers include improving the strength of your lungs, decreasing the sensitivity to allergens that may cause an allergy attack, reducing stress, and make your overall healthier.

Avoidance to known triggers is also an important step in reducing the incidence of asthma attacks.
