Need some quick gold in WoW?

So you’re back from questing and what not and you’re going to the Auction House to sell your Netherweave Cloth.

STOP! Before you do, you really need to check the prices and see if you could make more selling the cloth to the vendors.

Selling a stack of 20 Netherweave Cloth to the vendor is a losing proposition as they’ll only give you 1gold60silver per stack. However if you take that same 20 Netherweave Cloth and make 10 Heavy Netherweave Bandages the vendor will now buy that stack of 10 bandages for 3gold.

On my server on the weekends I see Netherweave Cloth as low as 2gold40silver sometimes lower. Don’t try to compete with those people! Set your character up making bandages and go get a drink. When you get back your bandages will probably be done and you can sell your stuff immediately to the vendor. No wait for the AH, no hassle, no returned goods. It’s that easy.

This lesson can be applied across the board for items on the AH. Don’t leave gold lying on the table!
