New way to lose weight
Well, it’s new in one aspect and in another aspect it is old news. It’s simply a new way of doing something we already know.

Online fitness videos
The headlines on the home page sound awesome “I lost 5 pounds in 5 days” of course with the asterik next to it and the words “Results not typical”.
Anyway, it caught my attention. What am I talking about already? It is a new website that offers online fitness videos that you can watch –and hopefully follow along.
The website address is www.slimtree.com The categories of fitness videos includes pilates, yoga, kick-boxing, abs, martial arts, cardio training, cardio training jazz, buns and thighs, step aerobics and more.
They are offering a 30 day trial for just 99 cents plus a $1 service charge per video watched. After that the subscription plans start from 3.99 per week and go up depending on how long your contract is.
Anyways, I am watching the demo workout they have online. (Yes, just watching, not doing.) and it looks promising. I have been wanting to check out kickboxing to see what it is all about. And pilates and yoga are classes I have never taken, but heard great things about.
One advantage I see in the fitness videos is that they only last between 10-20 minutes long. I would love to work out for hours every day–but realistically I just don’t have that kind of time.
