Online Poker: True Money Games

Built by Joanne Reid on Monday, October 10th, 2005

I recently revisited TrueMoneyGames which I had joined as a backgammon player a couple of years ago. It was exciting when it opened up its internet doors as an online site for playing backgammon.

In the spring of 2002, TrueMoneygames listed the top ten reasons for playing backgammon there and these included good ideas like no membership fee, easy-to-use interface, immediate money transfer after each game and garanteed payouts of the winnings, easy to find playing partners at the stake level that best suits you — well, that was backgammon and this is poker I’m talking about today.

TrueMoneyGames has added in poker and the same good reasons for playing there. Right now, they are offering a 20% Sign up Bonus up to $100 for every new player. What this means is that when you sign up, 20% of your first deposit into your TrueMoneygames account will be added on to your account up to a total of $100.

You download the software and the interface really is easy.

It has Texas Hold’Em, Omaha H/L, 7-Stud, and Sit & Go. And there are tournaments.

It may not be to your taste but I rather like the way it looks and works and I like to flip over to backgammon when the mood strikes me.

Hey, there are 1001 players there right now and for some reason, I still have a few bucks in my account. Hmm…gotta go, folks.
