Exploring new careers can open up exciting ministry opportunities through basic search engine strategies.
I tell those who are thinking of changing careers, especially in exploring ministry career options, to think outside the ministry career box.
Those seeking a new ministry career have a whole new world because of the power of the internet to explore career change possibilities.
As those thinking of changing careers research ministry opportunities, any career field is a possible ministry opportunity.
As I examine the career related search terms used by people seeking to change careers, I see that those exploring career change are seeking solid career solutions in order to change careers intelligently.
I believe creativity and flexibility are much needed qualities for career changers as they consider the possibility for career change.
Here are some of the search engine terms used recently by those who visited my career change themed website:
But there seems to be another career change quandary people are facing and there is really nothing an intelligent search engine strategy can provide.
Career change exploration is stymied and career change creativity and flexibility are paralyzed until those who feel stuck in their career do this.
We all know that the internet is full of great websites providing new career opportunities.
But no career focused website can provide what is needed even before the career change process begins — personal permission to change careers.
Once they do so, even in exploring new careers in ministry, career exploration takes on a new dynamic based on the fact that a frustrated person stuck in a career has finally given themselves permission to change careers.
If it was up to me, I would say “permission granted!” But until you grant yourself permission to begin the process of career change exploration, you will continue to feel stuck, even in a ministry career.
