Detox or detoxification is a process to flush out toxic substances and their ill effects from your body in a secure and efficient way. Now the question arises, what are these toxins? We consume many toxins everyday, from chemicals and earth’s environment: from the food we eat, the water we drink, the soil we depend on for our crops and from the air we breathe. The next most popular and rapid way to detox is going on a `just juice’ diet. During this time, you must not eat any food article. This may be as quick as three days or spread up to five days. Then there is water fasting, where you stay on water, most of the time but also eat very little food. Detox baths are another way to go on a detox program.
