Securing A Commercial Boiler Rental

Built by Theodore "Ted" Jenkins on Tuesday, June 27th, 2006

Many online companies provide commercial boiler rentals at cheaper rates than what you would find elsewhere. So getting online and searching for resources is the first step to secure a commercial boiler rental.

What all can I rent?

You can rent mobile boiler rooms which come with an in-built burner control center, a feedwater system, fuel storage, chemical feed system and much more. These come in various capacities that ranges from 50hp to 650 hp. Mobile fire tube boilers are also available for rent by various service providers. These come in capacities ranging from 600-800HP.

Water tube boilers ranging from a capacity of 20000#/HR to 100000#/HR can also be rented. Auxiliary boiler equipments as Trailer enclosed Feed water systems with Deaerator tanks are available with most rental service providers. Skid-Mounted heat water systems or Shell & Tube type heat exchangers can also be rented.

The pictures or other specifications will be available at the particular website of the service provider and can be seen anytime before you rent.

Why should I rent?

If you are wondering why you should utilize a commercial boiler rental service, the reasons are manifold. If you have an emergency at your plant, the rental boilers can reach your site within a matter of hours. The moment you contact and express your urgency the boilers are dispatched. Many companies require additional steam during peak hours of production. These rental boilers will provide you with that additional steam or hot water as and per your requirements.

You can also avoid a costly shutdown and have a rental boiler installed at your plant. The rental options are another reason, which will make you smile while you rent. The rental plans may differ from one service provider to another but most of them offer the same services anyway. There is the basic one-week plan and you may extend the period of your rental as long as you want.

Rental Plans and Other Advantages

Some service providers even offer you to purchase the unit after you are done with the original rental or you may return the unit or extend the term of the rental. If you do not call this flexibility in terms of rental plans, then probably you have very little knowledge about it. Some service providers also offer lease purchase where you can lease a rental package that will include the boiler, auxiliary equipment and the labor will come and install the equipment at your plant.

In order to get the boiler installed, up and running at your plant, all you require from your site is electricity, City Water and Fuel (There are some units which provide fuel storage facilities as well), and last but not the least, Steam and/or Hot water connections. It is as simple as that. So, get online and start searching for a good boiler rental company to secure your commercial boiler rental.

One Response to “Securing A Commercial Boiler Rental”

  1. As a commercial boiler service and repair company, we're certainly not going to knock boiler rental companies. However, there are some considerations that building owners need to make. You want to make sure you're working with a company that has a high standard for inspecting, maintaining and cleaning their boilers. I can't tell you how many times we've seen rented commercial boiler systems operating at less than optimal efficiency due to lack of routine cleaning and maintenance. Building owners need to do their research and should consult with companies like ours, New York Boiler, Inc., to ensure they're not walking into a situation that could not only drain their pockets, but could also be potentially dangerous.
