Sinus problems?

It’s that time of year again, where allergies and sinus’s start acting up.

If you are prone to getting sinus infections and seasonal allergies you can even predict sometimes when you will start feeling bad.

There is help for allergies, and it doesn’t involve any type of drug or prescription. Can you guess what it is?

Have you ever been to a chiropracter?

Okay. Don’t turn me off. I’m not talking about the chiropracter that cracks your spine or whatever invasive treatment they do. I’m talking about a NUCCA chiropracter. NUCCA stands for National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association and it involves a different look at keeping the spine in line.

The NUCCA Chiropracter manipulates the discs at the base of the spine to create a domino effect for the rest of the spine. The adjustments take only a few minutes and most importantly–don’t hurt at all–even financially.

I started going to a NUCCA Chiropracter when I experienced a pinched nerve in one of my legs. The pain would become intense when standing and most often I would need to lay flat on my back to relieve pain and tension in my hips.

I had heard about NUCCA Chiropracters through friends of the family. The report was that the treatment really worked. Since I wasn’t about to go to a surgeon or bone doctor, etc., I decided to schedule an appointment with the NUCCA Chiropractor.

After about 6 months of treatment 2 times a week, I began feeling some major relief. The relief did come just a little bit each week. Because a nerve was pinched, I had one leg about 1/4 inch longer than the other.

Over the years I regularly go to my NUCCA Chiropracter for periodic adjustments or when I feel out of align–i.e. my hips or joints start hurting.

Recently I learned that going to a NUCCA Chiropracter can also help with chronic sinus problems–which I had. Recently I have not had any sinus outbreaks (Cross my fingers) and I hope to keep it that way with regular visits to my NUCCA Chiropracter.
