One of the most versatile ingredient around, Soyabean, is a good inclusion in smart diet. Researchers have found that Soya has the capability of reducing many chronic diseases.
Soya bean is considered to be low in saturated fat and LDL cholesterol, which makes it a boon for those on diet.
Soya can be consumed as sprouts, chunks, milk, yoghurt or any other form. The wonder bean has lots of benefits.
However, the bean does not help or can be a risk if consumed too much. Soya helps when it is taken less or used as a flavour enhancer.
Soya is a good coolant and helps blood pressure patients. LDL cholesterol is also called as Bad-cholesterol which is very less in Soya Milk as compared to regular milk.
