Setting a weight loss goal and coming up with a plan can really help when it comes to losing weight. Deciiding how you plan to lose weight is really the easy part.
The hard part is sticking to your plan.
Recently I started an exercise program that is supposed to last for 90 days. It involves rigourous workouts 6 days a week for a bout 1-1-1/2 hours each. I started out really good for the first several weeks. Then things got hectic and I had to stop for a few weeks.
I finally restarted the program a week ago and so far i am back on schedule. Because of my schedule I need to skip some days, but I don’t let it phase me out. I just pick right back up the next day.
It is important to stay focused on your goals and not let little blips along the way mess you up. If you succumb to something very non-dietish like donuts or cakes–don’t dwell on it. Just brush it off and get right back into that weight loss program you set up. More help for your weight loss plan
