<p>Pot belly can lead to various problems like lower back pain, heart related problems, laziness, obesity and you can go on. &nbsp;I seriously never understood, why is it easy to always spoil one&#8217;s health and it is very difficult to keep it in good condition. Later I figured that out, I am on the wrong side and started loving the wrong things.. viz. junk food. &nbsp;It took a while, but when I started trying to move to the other side (the healthy side) by controlling my diet and early morning workouts, I really felt good. &nbsp;Having your shoulders toned up and being able to walk chest up is cool.
