It was sad what happened to the trainer that was killed by the Orca whale, it was not her fault nor the whales fault. We should fault the owners who take it among themselves to go and capture a creature that belongs to the ocean, meaning it or they do not belong to anyone but god and the ocean. I mean think about it people, they go and ilegally take these animals from the ocean, Africa, Asia, or India and capture wild animals like orcas, tigers, lions just to name a few, and try to make money of something that wasn't theirs to began with...
