The media is incorrect.People continue to relocate to Florida in droves..

Many times we tend to believe what the media prints to be factual. In theory they report on the news,but sometimes they seem to report only one side of a story!

In the case of Florida Real Estate we continue reading about the demise of our state. How many times have we`ve read reports of people fleeing Florida seeking new homes because they can no longer afford to live in our state.

People move for many reasons, if you believe the media, everyone is leaving and not a single person is moving here!

During the last 3 months our business has exploded with Families who are relocating from other parts of of the country, seeking employment!

Case in Point:

Michigan: We assisted a family of four who recently relocated to Florida because they`re seeking to begin a new life. The job market in Michigan isn`t what it used to be and this family had to relocate. The husband sent out resumes to South Florida and was amazed at the job offers he received. We just placed them in a 4bedroom Single Family Home in Pembroke Pines and they couldn`t be happier.

New York City: After spending 20 years with the NYPD,this person was tired of the daily grind of New York. They decided to relocate to South Florida and were greeted with a position with the City of North Miami Police Dept. Already two of his family members have contacted us with the prospect of leaving the Big Apple in hopes of finding a better life.

Wisconsin: Tired of the long winters, this family requested a transfer to Ocala, Florida. The husband works for a major food distributor and the transfer couldn`t come at a better time.They`re rent is less than what they were paying in Appleton.

Sensationalism sells newspapers! The media portrays Florida as a state in dire need of change,yet each and everyday people come to our state seeking “The Good Life”…..
