The right weight is not everything.

Anyone who is a bit overweight knows about diets.

You gain weight, you lose it, and then you gain it back again.

It’s a cycle, it comes and goes with the years. You can weigh 190 Lb. one year and 150 the next. It never ends…

Or does it?

I’ve been there, I’ve lost the weight, I got it back and I’ve been at this for more than 10 years.

Until a couple of years ago. Things changed after I took a self consciousness course. It changed my life.



I learned some things about myself, my friends, my surroundings, and most

importantly, I learned some things about the choices I made and how they affected the consequences of my life.

You think that things happen to you and you live your life according to events

that happen around you. It’s so not true.

What I realized was that things happen around me according to actions I take.

I decide what to do in my life, I decide to go to work, I decide to eat or get fat or lose weight or pretty much anything that happens to me or around me.

I put up a website ( http://www.more2come.net ), It explains some of those ideas, but that’s not enough, I also write this blog, I talk to people, I explain

how you can take control of your life. Just like I did.

This entry is the beginning, keep coming back for the next chapter, where you will learn how what happens around you is actually your doing.
