The White House Unveils Subprime Plan

There is now hope for those facing foreclosure. FHA Secure program is out. The plan is out mortgage rescue is on the way. This will offer refinancing to troubled home owners and would freeze some rates.It’s not a perfect plan but it’s going to help 1.2 million eligible family home owners in America today.
This effort only involves the private sector coming together to work on a solution not government money.
But not with controversy. Was it the right move for the economy? People are upset that home owners are getting bailed out for their own wrong doing. Is it so wrong? Maybe but in reality if nothing is done now where will we be in May 2008 and 2009 when more sub prime loans adjust again for 2 million homes. It will not turn the housing market around but it will put a band aid on it for the time being. We’ll just have to sit back and see what happens.
