Pollotarianism is a very close to pescetarianism, but this type of lifestyle also includes poultry as their meat.

Many people choose the macrobiotic diet. This is very close to vegetarianism, but there are some differences between the two. Following the macrobiotic diet includes eating around a foundation of beans and whole grains. The macrobiotic diet also includes fish in their eating choices.

There are many different diets that you can choose from in vegetarianism. It is important to learn as much about the different diets, so that you can make the right choice for you and your lifestyle. Be sure that any diet that you choose will meet all of your nutritional needs to ensure that you will stay as healthy as possible and preferably, without the need for supplements.
