You’ve read success stories. They’re so uplifting, inspiring. They make you feel like, If she can do it, so can I. They make you realize it actually can be done. Here is someone who did it.

So, the exercise: Write your own weight loss success story. Write it now, even before you are successful. Use your imagination. Use the weight loss dreams you have for yourself. Create the new version of you that you long to see. Tell about the journey, the steps it took to get you there.

Then, read your own weight loss success story. Let it inspire you. let it help you know you can do it. Take advice from it. The steps you talked about, the things you said you did to bring you through a diet to successful weight loss can become very real. Use your own plan.
